How To Install 3depict on Debian 11
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install 3depict
on Debian 11.
What is 3depict
This program provides a graphical interface for the scientific analysis of real valued point data (x,y,z,value). This is primarily targeted towards Atom probe tomography applications, but may prove useful to other applications as well.
There are three ways to install 3depict
on Debian 11. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install 3depict Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install 3depict
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install 3depict
