How To Install yorick-svipc on Debian 10

What is yorick-svipc
yorick-svipc is:
This package allows one to access the System V Interprocess communication mechanisms from within Yorick:
- message queues;
- semaphore sets;
- shared memory segments. It also exposes related functionality, in particular fork().
This plug-in serves primarily two use cases:
- parallel (multiprocess) computing;
- mixed applications (eg. yorick/python).
Sibling packages are available for Python: python-svipc and python3-svipc.

Install yorick-svipc Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
