What is surankco
surankco is:
SuRankCo is a machine learning based software to score and rank contigs from de novo assemblies of next generation sequencing data. It trains with alignments of contigs with known reference genomes and predicts scores and ranking for contigs which have no related reference genome yet.
There are three methods to install surankco on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install surankco Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install surankco using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install surankco

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
