How To Install libpugixml-dev on Debian 9

What is libpugixml-dev
libpugixml-dev is:
pugixml is a lightweight C++ XML processing library with XPath support. It features:
- DOM like interface with rich traversal/modification capabilities

This package provides required development header files which allows integrating pugixml with your application.
There are three methods to install libpugixml-dev on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libpugixml-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
