How To Install ibsim-utils on Debian 10

What is ibsim-utils
ibsim-utils is:
ibsim provides a simulation of an InfiniBand fabric, which can be used by the opensm subnet manager and infiniband diagnostics and management tools.
This package provides utilities for use with the simulator.
There are three methods to install ibsim-utils on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install ibsim-utils Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install ibsim-utils using apt-get by running the following command:
