How To Install bzr-email on Debian 9

bzr-email is:
Plugin for Bazaar that can send notification emails at commit time.
It supports sending (partial) diffs of the commit.
There are three methods to install bzr-email on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
