How To Install octomap on Fedora 36
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install octomap
on Fedora 36.
What is octomap
The OctoMap library implements a 3D occupancy grid mapping approach, providing data structures and mapping algorithms in C++ particularly suited for robotics. The map implementation is based on an octree.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install octomap
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install octomap.
