How To Install lsfrom on Fedora 34
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install lsfrom
on Fedora 34.
What is lsfrom
lsfrom
lists all files in a directory that start with a particular sequence of characters and those after it with respect to locale collation. This can be useful for example for continuing a script on the files in a directory after a failure.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install lsfrom
on Fedora 34. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install lsfrom.
Install lsfrom on Fedora 34 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
The output should look something like this:

After updating yum database, We can install lsfrom
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install lsfrom
