How To Install cpanoutdated on Ubuntu 22.04

What is cpanoutdated
cpanoutdated is:
cpanoutdated prints the list of outdated CPAN modules in your machine. It provides the same feature as ‘CPAN::Shell->r’, but cpan-outdated is much faster and uses less memory. This script can be integrated with the cpanm command.
There are three methods to install cpanoutdated
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install cpanoutdated Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install cpanoutdated
