What is elpa-dictionary

elpa-dictionary is:

elpa-dictionary is a DICT (RFC 2229) client for Emacs, with support for brace-delimited cross references and UTF-8-encoded entries.

There are three methods to install elpa-dictionary on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install elpa-dictionary Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
