How To Install xeus-dev on Ubuntu 22.04

xeus-dev is:
xeus enables custom kernel authors to implement Jupyter kernels more easily. It takes the burden of implementing the Jupyter Kernel protocol so developers can focus on implementing the interpreter part of the Kernel.
This package contains the headers and cmake config.
There are three methods to install xeus-dev on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install xeus-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install xeus-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
