How To Install xbanish on Ubuntu 22.04

What is xbanish
xbanish is:
xbanish hides the mouse cursor when you start typing, and shows it again when the mouse cursor moves or a mouse button is pressed. This is similar to xterm’s pointerMode setting, but xbanish works globally in the X11 session.
There are three methods to install xbanish
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install xbanish Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install xbanish
using apt-get
