How To Install uncalled on Ubuntu 22.04

Streaming algorithm for mapping raw nanopore signal to DNA references
Enables real-time enrichment or depletion on Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) MinION runs via ReadUntil.

There are three methods to install uncalled
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude

Install uncalled Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install uncalled
using apt-get
