How To Install synfig on Debian 9

What is synfig

synfig is a vector based 2D animation renderer. It is designed to be capable of producing feature-film quality animation.
This package contains the command-line renderer, for the GUI animation editor, please install synfigstudio.

on Debian 9. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install synfig Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install synfig
using apt-get

sudo apt-get -y install synfig

How To Uninstall synfig on Debian 9
To uninstall only the synfig

sudo apt-get remove synfig

sudo apt-get -y autoremove synfig
Remove synfig Configurations and Data
To remove synfig
configuration and data from Debian 9 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge synfig
