What is stk
stk is:
The Sound Synthesis Toolkit is a C++ library with implementations of several sound synthesis algorithms, starting from Frequency Modulation, over Physical Modelling and others. It can be used as a library, but it also provides some nice software synthesizers.
This package provides the example files for the sound synthesis toolkit.
There are three methods to install stk on Debian 11. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install stk Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install stk using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install stk
