How To Install r-cran-uroot on Ubuntu 22.04

In this tutorial we learn how to install r-cran-uroot on Ubuntu 22.04.
What is r-cran-uroot
r-cran-uroot is:
Seasonal unit roots and seasonal stability tests. P-values based on response surface regressions are available for both tests. P-values based on bootstrap are available for seasonal unit root tests. A parallel implementation of the bootstrap method requires a CUDA capable GPU with compute capability >= 3.0, otherwise a debugging version fully coded in R is used.
There are three methods to install r-cran-uroot on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install r-cran-uroot Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
