How To Install quagga-ospfd on Debian 9

What is quagga-ospfd
quagga-ospfd is:
GNU Quagga is free software which manages TCP/IP based routing protocols. It supports BGP4, BGP4+, OSPFv2, OSPFv3, IS-IS, RIPv1, RIPv2, and RIPng as well as the IPv6 versions of these.
This package contains the OSPF routing daemon.
There are three methods to install quagga-ospfd
on Debian 9. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install quagga-ospfd Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install quagga-ospfd
using apt-get

Update apt database with apt
using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install quagga-ospfd
