What is python3-qiskit-terra
python3-qiskit-terra is:
Qiskit (Quantum Information Science Kit) is a collection of software developed by IBM Research for working with short depth quantum circuits and building near term applications and experiments on quantum computers.
This package contains Terra, which provides the foundations for Qiskit. It allows the user to write quantum circuits easily, and takes care of the constraints of real hardware (the transpiler).
There are three methods to install python3-qiskit-terra on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update

How To Uninstall python3-qiskit-terra on Ubuntu 22.04

We can use the following command to remove python3-qiskit-terra configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge python3-qiskit-terra
