How To Install python3-inputremapper on Ubuntu 22.04

What is python3-inputremapper
python3-inputremapper is:
input-remapper allows users to map buttons on all input devices (keyboards, mice, gamepads…) in X11 and Wayland. It also supports combined buttons and programmable macros.
This package contains the Python module implementing the remapper. The Glib and Gtk dependencies are only required to use the inputremapper.gui module.
There are three methods to install python3-inputremapper
