What is optimir

optimir is:

OptimiR is a miRSeq data alignment workflow. It integrates genetic information to assess the impact of variants on miRNA expression.

OptimiR: A bioinformatics pipeline designed to detect and quantify miRNAs, isomiRs and polymiRs from miRSeq data, & study the impact of genetic variations on polymiRs’ expression.

There are three methods to install optimir on Debian 11. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install optimir Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install optimir using apt-get by running the following command:
