How To Install node-kuler on Ubuntu 22.04

node-kuler is:
Kuler is small and nifty node module that allows you to create terminal based colors using hex color codes, just like you’re used to doing in your CSS. We’re in a modern world now and terminals support more than 16 colors so we are stupid to not take advantage of this.
Node.js is an event-based server-side JavaScript engine.
There are three methods to install node-kuler
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install node-kuler Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install node-kuler
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install node-kuler
Install node-kuler Using apt
Update apt database with apt
using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install node-kuler
using apt
by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install node-kuler
Install node-kuler Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install node-kuler
using aptitude
by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install node-kuler
How To Uninstall node-kuler on Ubuntu 22.04
To uninstall only the node-kuler
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove node-kuler
Uninstall node-kuler And Its Dependencies
To uninstall node-kuler
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 22.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove node-kuler
Remove node-kuler Configurations and Data
To remove node-kuler
configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge node-kuler
Remove node-kuler configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove node-kuler
configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge node-kuler
