How To Install miio-tools on Ubuntu 22.04

What is miio-tools
miio-tools is:
This tool allows one to interface with devices using Xiaomi’s miIO protocol.

There are three methods to install miio-tools
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Update apt database with apt-get
