How To Install libssl3 on Ubuntu 22.04

sudo apt-get -y autoremove libssl3
Remove libssl3 Configurations and Data
To remove libssl3 configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libssl3
