How To Install libsigrok2 on Debian 9

This package contains the shared library.

on Debian 9. We can use apt-get

Install libsigrok2 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libsigrok2
using apt-get
