How To Install librx-java on Ubuntu 22.04

What is librx-java
librx-java is:
Java VM implementation of Reactive Extensions: a library for composing asynchronous and event-based programs by using observable sequences.
It extends the observer pattern to support sequences of data/events and adds operators that allow you to compose sequences together declaratively while abstracting away concerns about things like low-level threading, synchronization, thread-safety and concurrent data structures.
There are three methods to install librx-java
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude

Install librx-java Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install librx-java
using apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install librx-java
using aptitude

How To Uninstall librx-java on Ubuntu 22.04
To uninstall only the librx-java
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove librx-java
Uninstall librx-java And Its Dependencies
To uninstall librx-java
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 22.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove librx-java
Remove librx-java Configurations and Data
To remove librx-java
configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge librx-java
Remove librx-java configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove librx-java
