How To Install libraft0 on Debian 11
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install libraft0 on Debian 11.
What is libraft0
libraft0 is:
Fully asynchronous C implementation of the Raft consensus protocol.
The library has modular design: its core part implements only the core Raft algorithm logic, in a fully platform independent way. On top of that, a pluggable interface defines the I/O implementation for networking (send/receive RPC messages) and disk persistence (store log entries and snapshots).
This package contains the C library needed to run executables that use Raft Consensus protocol.
There are three methods to install libraft0 on Debian 11. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libraft0 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libraft0 using apt-get by running the following command:
