How To Install libmshr-dev on Ubuntu 22.04

What is libmshr-dev
libmshr-dev is:
mshr generates simplicial DOLFIN meshes in 2D and 3D from geometries described by Constructive Solid Geometry (CSG) or from surface files, utilizing CGAL and Tetgen as mesh generation backends.
This package contains the development files, and also the utility program mshrable.
There are three methods to install libmshr-dev
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install libmshr-dev

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude

After updating apt database, We can install libmshr-dev
