How To Install libmetkit-utils on Ubuntu 22.04

libmetkit-utils is:
MetKit is a toolkit from ECMWF for manipulating and describing meteorological objects, implementing the MARS language and associated processing and semantics.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

After updating apt database, We can install libmetkit-utils using apt-get by running the following command:
