JCDF is a pure java library capable of reading files in the Common Data Format defined by NASA. It was written mainly with reference to the CDF Internal Format Description document (v3.6).

There are three methods to install libjcdf-java on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install libjcdf-java Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update
