How To Install libigraph-dev on Ubuntu 22.04

What is libigraph-dev
libigraph-dev is:
igraph is a library for creating and manipulating graphs. It is intended to be as powerful (ie. fast) as possible to enable the analysis of large graphs.
This package contains the include files and static library for the igraph C library.
There are three methods to install libigraph-dev
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libigraph-dev

After updating apt database, We can install libigraph-dev

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude
