What is libgdal30
libgdal30 is:
GDAL is a translator library for raster geospatial data formats. As a library, it presents a single abstract data model to the calling application for all supported formats. The related OGR library (which lives within the GDAL source tree) provides a similar capability for simple features vector data.
GDAL supports many popular data formats, including commonly used ones (GeoTIFF, JPEG, PNG and more) as well as the ones used in GIS and remote sensing software packages (ERDAS Imagine, ESRI Arc/Info, ENVI, PCI Geomatics). There are three methods to install libgdal30 on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

sudo aptitude -y install libgdal30
How To Uninstall libgdal30 on Ubuntu 22.04
To uninstall only the libgdal30 package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libgdal30
Uninstall libgdal30 And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libgdal30 and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 22.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libgdal30
Remove libgdal30 Configurations and Data
To remove libgdal30 configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libgdal30
Remove libgdal30 configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libgdal30 configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge libgdal30
