How To Install libcppad-dev on Ubuntu 22.04

What is libcppad-dev
libcppad-dev is:
CppAD is a package for automatic differentiation (AD) of algorithms written in C++. Given appropriately written C++ code that computes a function, CppAD augments it to also compute derivative values. The system uses templates, supports forward and reverse accumulation modes, and allows nested derivatives.
This package contains development file: C++ headers and development libraries.
There are three methods to install libcppad-dev on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libcppad-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
