How To Install indi-shelyak on Ubuntu 22.04

In this tutorial we learn how to install indi-shelyak
on Ubuntu 22.04.
What is indi-shelyak
indi-shelyak is:
This package contains the INDI driver for Shelyak and Alpy Spectrographs.
This driver is compatible with any INDI client such as KStars or Xephem.
There are three methods to install indi-shelyak
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get
