How To Install hoogle on Debian 9

Hoogle is a Haskell API search engine, which allows you to search many standard Haskell libraries by either function name, or by approximate type signature.
This package contains the hoogle command.

Install hoogle Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
