How To Install highlight on Ubuntu 22.04

What is highlight
highlight is:
A utility that converts sourcecode to HTML, XHTML, RTF, LaTeX, TeX, SVG, XML or terminal escape sequences with syntax highlighting. It supports several programming and markup languages. Language descriptions are configurable and support regular expressions. The utility offers indentation and reformatting capabilities. It is easily possible to create new language definitions and colour themes.
There are three methods to install highlight
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install highlight Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

How To Uninstall highlight on Ubuntu 22.04

sudo apt-get -y autoremove highlight
Remove highlight Configurations and Data

configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge highlight
