How To Install erlang-p1-mqtree on Ubuntu 22.04

What is erlang-p1-mqtree
erlang-p1-mqtree is:
mqtree is an Erlang NIF implementation of N-ary tree to keep MQTT topic filters for efficient matching.
This library was written for ejabberd which still uses it. It was split off into its own project to follow Erlang/OTP guidelines.
There are three methods to install erlang-p1-mqtree
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get
