How To Install elpa-subed on Ubuntu 22.04

elpa-subed is:
subed is an Emacs major mode for editing subtitles while playing the corresponding video with mpv. At the moment, the only supported formats are SubRip (.srt) and WebVTT (.vtt).
There are three methods to install elpa-subed on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
