How To Install elpa-orgalist on Ubuntu 22.04

This is a replacement for the old orgstruct-mode, which was removed from Org-mode.
There are three methods to install elpa-orgalist
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install elpa-orgalist

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude
