How To Install dbmix on Ubuntu 22.04

What is dbmix

The DBMix software collection mimicks a mixing desk as used by disc jockeys. Using only a single sound card, it allows one to mix audio streams from a variety of sources, cross-fade between them, adjust the pitches, or punch in short effects. There are three methods to install dbmix

Install dbmix Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install dbmix
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install dbmix

sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install dbmix
using apt
by running the following command:

Install dbmix Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude

sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install dbmix

How To Uninstall dbmix on Ubuntu 22.04
To uninstall only the dbmix
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove dbmix
Uninstall dbmix And Its Dependencies
To uninstall dbmix
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 22.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove dbmix
Remove dbmix Configurations and Data
To remove dbmix
configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge dbmix
Remove dbmix configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove dbmix
