How To Install aodh-common on Ubuntu 22.04

What is aodh-common
aodh-common is:
Ceilometer aims to deliver a Single Point Of Contact for billing systems, providing all the counters they need to establish customer billing, across all current and future OpenStack components. The delivery of counters must be traceable and auditable, the counters must be easily extensible to support new projects, and agents doing data collections should be independent of the overall system.
(A ceilometer is an instrument that measures cloud coverage.)
This package contains files that are needed for all parts of Aodh.
There are three methods to install aodh-common on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install aodh-common Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install aodh-common using apt-get by running the following command:
