How To Install idutch on Ubuntu 22.04

What is idutch
idutch is:
A Dutch spelling dictionary for the spelling checker Ispell.
This dictionary, from the OpenTaal project, uses the official spelling of 2005 and has been officially approved by the TaalUnie.

There are three methods to install idutch on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install idutch Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
