HTTPie is a CLI HTTP utility that makes CLI interaction with HTTP-based services as human-friendly as possible.

HTTPie does so by providing an http command that allows for issuing arbitrary HTTP requests using a simple and natural syntax and displaying colorized responses.

There are three methods to install httpie on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install httpie Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install httpie using apt-get by running the following command:
