How To Install otrs2 on Ubuntu 22.04

Znuny is an Open source Ticket Request System (also well known as trouble ticket system) with many features to manage customer telephone calls and e-mails. The system is built to allow your support, sales, pre-sales, billing, internal IT, helpdesk, etc. department to react quickly to inbound inquiries.
This package ships version 6 of Znuny.
There are three methods to install otrs2 on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install otrs2 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install otrs2 using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install otrs2
Install otrs2 Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install otrs2 using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install otrs2
Install otrs2 Using aptitude
