How To Install openrocket on Ubuntu 22.04

What is openrocket
openrocket is:
OpenRocket is a free, fully featured model rocket simulator that allows you to design and simulate your rockets before actually building and flying them.
OpenRocket features a full six-degree-of-freedom simulation, realistic wind modeling, a multitude of different components including free-form and canted fins, clustering and staging.
This package therefore downloads the pre-built OpenRocket .jar file from the upstream site and installs it.
There are three methods to install openrocket
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

How To Uninstall openrocket on Ubuntu 22.04
To uninstall only the openrocket
package we can use the following command:

To uninstall openrocket
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 22.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove openrocket
Remove openrocket Configurations and Data
To remove openrocket
configuration and data from Ubuntu 22.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge openrocket
Remove openrocket configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
