What is nxdialog

nxdialog is:

NX is a software suite which implements very efficient compression of the X11 protocol. This increases performance when using X applications over a network, especially a slow one.

nxdialog adds dialog windows/menus to nxagent. They get triggered by certain actions within the NX Agent Xserver.

There are three methods to install nxdialog on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install nxdialog Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install nxdialog using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install nxdialog

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install nxdialog using apt by running the following command:
