How To Install mytop on Ubuntu 22.04

What is mytop
mytop is:
Mytop is a console-based tool for monitoring queries and the performance of MySQL. It supports version 3.22.x, 3.23.x, 4.x and 5.x servers. It’s written in Perl and support connections using TCP/IP and UNIX sockets.
There are three methods to install mytop on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install mytop Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install mytop using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install mytop
Install mytop Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install mytop using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install mytop
Install mytop Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

How To Uninstall mytop on Ubuntu 22.04
