How To Install kdiff3 on Ubuntu 22.04

What is kdiff3
kdiff3 is:
KDiff3 compares two or three input files and shows the differences line by line and character by character. It provides an automatic merge facility and an integrated editor for comfortable solving of merge conflicts. KDiff3 allows recursive directory comparison and merging as well. KDiff3 also has KIO support, so it can access to remote files and compressed archives.
There are three methods to install kdiff3
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install kdiff3 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install kdiff3
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install kdiff3

sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install kdiff3

Install kdiff3 Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude
