How To Install kasumi on Ubuntu 22.04

Kasumi is a personal dictionary management tool for Anthy. Anthy is a Japanese input method to convert Hiragana text to Kana Kanji mixed text.

There are three methods to install kasumi
on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get

Install kasumi Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install kasumi
using apt-get
