How To Install icoutils on Ubuntu 22.04

What is icoutils
icoutils is:
Icoutils is a set of programs that deal with MS Windows icons and cursors. Resources such as icons and cursors can be extracted from MS Windows executable and library files with “wrestool”. Conversion of these files to and from PNG images is done with “icotool”. “extresso” automates these tasks with the help of special resource scripts.
This package can be used to create “favicon.ico” files for web sites.
There are three methods to install icoutils on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install icoutils Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install icoutils using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y purge icoutils
