How To Install eiciel on Ubuntu 22.04

What is eiciel
eiciel is:
A graphical tool to manipulate POSIX ACLs and extended user attributes for the GNOME environment. It integrates nicely into the Nautilus file manager but also features a standalone application.
There are three methods to install eiciel on Ubuntu 22.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install eiciel Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
